Ideas channel: how to join
The invite arrives right after registration and always lives in
The channel holds client proposals with a "👍 Support" button: one vote per person, a second tap removes it. Whatever collects more votes gets built sooner.

Suggest an idea
Two ways: the
The proposal goes through moderation; once approved it appears in the channel for voting — the bot lets you know. And when the idea ships, the bot notifies the author and everyone who voted for it.

Report a bug
Something is off — send
To get it fixed faster, follow the pattern: WHERE (screen/command) · WHAT is wrong · WHAT you expected · WHEN. Example: <i>"💰 Finance screen → P&L: shows 0 for August although there are sales. Yesterday at 21:30, iPhone"</i>.
The limit is 10 reports per day; the bot shows what is left after each one. Once fixed, the bot messages you to re-check.
/bug describe the problem or use the in-app form (❓ Guide tab → 💬 Community → 🐛 Report a bug). Business chat
A private chat for owners on a paid Business plan: questions straight to us, quick answers. The invite arrives right after a Business payment and also lives in
Joining is by request too: the bot verifies the Business plan is actually paid. If the subscription lapses, access stays for 7 more days — then the bot politely removes you; pay again and the join request is approved automatically.
