An alert did not arrive
Check in order:
1. In a forum the message sits in its own topic — it is invisible in the topic list.
2. The alert may be off or scheduled for another hour — «🔔 Alerts» tab in the app.
3. Quiet hours: some alerts wait until morning.

Where to switch alerts on and off
Three adjacent but different tabs under "Notifications": 🔔 Alerts — a toggle per alert and the hour it arrives; 📏 Thresholds — numeric limits (safe discrepancy, tax-limit, days to stockout, etc.); ⚙️ Alert config (owner only) — lists and categories: storages excluded from reports, shortage-marker items, categories for "out of stock" and "low days left", the region for the air-raid factor.
The config screen has a "Check now" button — it computes the result right on screen without notifying anyone, so you can verify category settings without waiting for the alert hour.

The app says «session expired»
The signature Telegram opens the app with has a lifetime. Close the Mini App and reopen it from the bot — the signature refreshes.

Several companies in one forum
Supported: the bot separates companies by topic. Bind inside the topic you need (
/register_chat right there). Posting into an unbound topic makes the bot tell you to link it.6
Prices and costs look odd
Usually it follows a delivery: goods arrived at a different price, or the wrong item was picked. The bot warns separately when an incoming price diverges from the storage cost — fix the delivery, not the sale price.

Who sees what
Finance, till control and payroll are for the owner and roles explicitly allowed. A barista sees tasks, stock and their own shifts. Each role's rights are editable in the «Role permissions» tab.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is on the home page. You can start with a trial, no card required.
Is my Poster data shared anywhere?
The bot reads your Poster via the token and shows reports to you and your team. The token is stored encrypted.
Can I change the language?
Yes:
/lang in the bot. Ukrainian, Russian, English and German are available. The language is stored per user.
